Do Dragons ... a comprehensive look at what dragons do and certainly do not!

Do Dragons ?

Do Dragons Really Exist?

NO! .. they only exist as spirit (energy), this dragon energy is a very powerful source of information & protection to a shaman. A true dragonologist (dragon shaman) can capture, tame, command, instruct, gain valuable information and utilize the full potential of dragon energy to assist and perform shamanic healing upon the recipient. There is no greater power or wisdom than that of the dragon. With this power, the shaman must also understand the responsibility that comes along with it. Use it and dragon energy will create the next greatest version of yourself, abuse it and the full force of the destructive power of dragon energy will persue the abuser to his / her grave.

What Do Dragons Symbolize?

Dragons symbolize the positive aspects of energy ... power, wisdom, compassion, knowledge, healing, respect, protection, nurture, balance, love. These are just some of the words this dragon shaman chooses to describe it's potential. The truth of the matter is that a dragon can and does symbolise the good in all things.

Others have chosen over the years to attach virtue to a dragons energy and indeed this is true, by virtue the dragon is invincible, here are some more words chosen by others to describe the symbolic nature of dragons ...

Leadership, magical prowess, vitality, mastery, insight, divine illumination, protection from outside evil forces from all directions, grounded energy, fulfillment of potential, inspiration, longevity, personal happiness, greatly increased riches, infinite wisdom, luminous beauty, majesty, indomitable spirit and strength, invisibility, power of transformation and metaphysical knowledge

How Do Dragons Protect Themselves?

Dragons protect themselves by virtue alone.

Firstly, in the realms of spirit, dragons cannot die. At the moment of their supposed death, a dragon will simply shapeshift into a new form or reality leaving it's body behind in the process. A Dragon (energy) cannot be destroyed, it can only change form, normally for a dragon this form will be of such greatness and intensity that it will vanquish it's assailant in one fell swoop. The swoop of a dragon is what can only be termed the most magical, artistic, powerful movement of all creation. There is NO currently exisiting winged animal that is as quick as a dragon. The closest one can think of would be the peregrine falcon, but even this is no match for the speed and intensity of dragon energy.

Secondly, by virtue, the dragon has what seems to resemble a force field. This field of energy closely resembles what we would term 'love'. An invisible yet very powerful positive energy that can, when used to it's full potential, overpower any reciprocal negative energy. The dragon is by virtue, protected at all times!

Any shaman or recipient of shamanic healing performed by a dragon shaman, is protected by virtue of the dragon itself. This creates, in turn, a very safe place for a person to heal in peace and tranquility protected at all times by the dragon energy. A kind of Dragon hospital if you will ! ... I mean, would you want to provoke a dragon and it's protected space?

Where Do Dragons Live?

Dragons live in the spirit realms or what you may understand as universal conciousness or altered states of conciousness or in my own words, the psyche. Dragons DO NOT live in reality. They serve no purpose or desire to live in the real world, and if they did, I am pretty sure that humans would have wiped them off the face ot the earth many moons ago!

Dragons or dragon energy live in the psyche, a place so vast that it is pretty unimaginable to most regular human beings. The psyche can be compared directly with the universe and many shaman when speaking of this will understand that it is in the universe (psyche) that most things exist. This type of information and knowledge is paramount to shamanic healing.

A shamanic healer (shaman) understands that if he can heal the mind (psyche) he can pretty much heal any unease or pain in the recipent, whether that is of the mind, body or spirit. He does this by working with the emotions to balance the whole being. Emotions are motions of energy that can become stagnated or blocked causing physical pain and distress. Over stimulation of the emotions can cause a varied physical response such as crying, diarrhoea, vomiting, palpatations etc.

To cut a very long story short, dragons live to heal !

Do Dragons Lay Eggs?

Dragons do lay eggs, if you can understand the reason for doing so. Dragon (energy) can and does leave eggs of energy for the recipient of shamanic healing, encouraging them to nurture the eggs and baby dragons held within. this is a lengthy and time consuming process, however, sometimes it is necessary to provide such nurturing qualities within a distressed being. The end process however is your very own dragon and the responsibilities that accompany it.

I have during various shamanic journeys or missions also come across dragons that are livebearing, I have only ever seen this amongst the winged type of dragon normally associated with the welsh type dragon (european winged dragon). How this evolution of dragon energy came about is unknown to me at this time ... maybe I should ask?

Do Dragons Have Different Colours?

Dragon Colours are infinite, however, most dragon colour resembles the primary colours that we all know, red, blue, yellow, green, black, gold, white ... these are just a very small selection of the various colours of dragons (energy). The various colourations of dragons determine it's purpose and vibrational qualities.

As an example, red, fire breathing dragons are particularly useful in many situations, whilst the blue healing dragons are useful in protection and creating a sacred space for healing to occur. Gold dragons are particularly handy in financial situations, whilst green dragons are useful in regenerative circumstances.

If you need to know more about a particular colour of a dragon then please drop me a line @ The Dragon Shaman and I would be happy to assist.

Why Do Dragons Have Masters?

True dragon masters are shaman, they have the will, agility and warrior like qualities necessary to become a dragon master. To capture, maintain and tame dragon energy takes great skill and patience and once controlled by the master, the dragon will in turn perform any purpose that the shaman has in mind.

Dragons as an energy are very powerful and if not controlled correctly can become a very destructive force to be reckoned with, hence the requirement for dragon mastery. Dragons live to be mastered, it becomes to them a symbiotic relationship, between the dragon shaman and the dragon itself.

Without a dragon master, the dragon becomes untamed and unruly causing havoc along the way. Dragons can become detached from their masters for various reasons, the main one being neglect. The dragon simply runs away and now begins to feed itself without any boundaries or control to it's voracious appetite and normally protective nature. The dragon becomes wild and if approached correctly can be captured by another master of dragons.

A dragon master is very much like a father to the dragon, giving it purpose and encouragement to always give respect and protection to others. A mastered dragon is a happy dragon!
